Steven Baynes is an Agile/Scrum practitioner and technical product development manager for Northrop Grumman’s commercial-off-the-shelf software products, including e.POWER® (Business Process Management) and InFlowSuite™ (Submission Process Management). e.POWER is a leading BPM product that is in wide use today by more than 2.4 million users across Federal, State and Local, and commercial customers. InFlowSuite is used to create high-volume, submission process management solutions.

Career has spanned over 29 years in architecting and developing software products and solutions for customers. Ensures product success by applying Agile practices, creating strategic roadmaps, release plans, prioritizing user stories, and running beta programs for delivering the right features with high quality. Extensive Agile/Scrum experience with excellent blend of technical skills, client skills, and people skills for planning, building, and delivering market leading solutions.

Certified Scrum Professional, member of the Scrum Alliance and Agile Alliance organizations, and speaks often on Agile development. Serves on the Northrop Grumman’s Agile Center of Excellence committee in developing Agile goals for the company and provides Agile training and coaching to program teams looking to adopt Agile practices and build their talent base. Has trained and coached over a thousand software and systems engineers on implementing Agile and Scrum practices. Steve loves to share his passion to deliver better software.
