I am an Enterprise & Solution Architecture Specialist, expert in advising on the design and implementation of strategic enterprise solutions for major corporates including EDF Energy and Argos to enable agile business growth. My value proposition includes: IOD Member, certified in company direction, able to leverage extensive technology background while understanding the broader business requirements at board level; advising on the creation and development of enterprise capability road maps for industry-first projects to enable innovative Agile solutions; creating cost benefit analysis to identify key risks and opportunities which drive robust decision making; and clearly communicating critical technical information to non-technical key stakeholders to win buy in to change.

My early career included 4 years with Accenture as a Software Engineer before moving, as a consultant with Accenture, to EDF Energy in 2010 working on a number of high-profile projects as a Technical Integration Architect and Subject Matter Expert. I established Denarit Consulting in 2013 to advise and deliver Enterprise and Solutions Architecture to a number of Utilities and Retail organisations. As well as continuing to provide Solutions Architecture to EDF Energy, my other clients include Enzen Global and Argos. With Enzen Global I am responsible, as a Solutions Architect, for the delivery of a meter asset management solution for a new client. With Argos I guided the integration of architecture blueprints for a key transformation project. Additionally, I am a Certified ScrumMaster, TOGAF trained and a Member of the Institute of Directors, having received a diploma in company direction.
