The content of the training was solid, but it seems better suited for companies that develop their own products and ideas. In our case, where we receive detailed specifications from the client and must strictly follow predefined acceptance criteria, this approach is difficult to apply in practice. Additionally, the trainer’s attitude did not feel appropriate. The atmosphere was somewhat tense and not very relaxed, with moments of a rather condescending tone in communication.

The first day felt quite generic, and I was surprised that the lecturer did not make any effort to get to know the participants, even at the level of asking for our names. This made the session feel impersonal from the start. At the same time, a significant part of the introduction focused on the lecturer herself, which created a weird dynamic and made it harder to build engagement with the group. Throughout much of the day, the format felt one-sided, and some participant contributions seemed to be dismissed rather than encouraged. In conversations among attendees afterward, several people shared a similar impression. The second day was somewhat better, mainly because it included more hands-on activities and less speaking about the lecturer. That said, the exercises felt overly simplified and not very realistic. While they were useful for illustrating the basic concepts, they did not fully reflect practical situations and therefore had limited value for deeper learning. Overall, I left with the impression that the course content and delivery were not sufficiently adapted to the experience level and expectations of the participants. The lecturer’s style came across as disconnected from the audience, which made the training less effective and, at times, frustrating. As a result, I would not choose to attend another course led by this lecturer. One additional point that influenced my experience was the organisation around the training. The session had already been postponed once, and during the training itself the lecturer was dealing with health issues. While I fully understand that unexpected situations can happen, taken together this gave an impression of limited consideration for participants, especially for those who had travelled long distances, in some cases around 400km to attend.
