Lead numerous teams in creating geospatial, weather and agriculture information systems for both government and commercial clients. The skilled teams at Radiant Solutions create geospatial mapping and GEOINT solutions as well as provide excellent big data applications for diverse groups of customers from farmers to commodity traders.

    Delivery of flagship weather analytics application to a beta customer within 2 months of joining
    Delivery of greenfield cloud-native geospatial web application to an external customer using bi-weekly deployments to ensure a tight feedback loop ($3mil/8mo + ongoing maintenance & support contract).
    Coordination and execution of 24/7/365 support using a DevOps model where the development team codes, deploys and supports internal and external customers directly
    Lead several AWS and two Google Cloud Platform (GCP) projects that enhanced the organizations cloud computing capabilities, which included Radiant Solutions first AWS and first GCP initiatives in this business area.
    Through analysis and re-engineering, reduced AWS costs for entire product portfolio by 40% in 2017 and an additional 20% in 2018
