Title: Director/Department Head
I lead Scrum Masters and am trying to continuously learn all things Agile and Scrum related. I currently oversee scrum masters on multiple client development teams to deliver projects to our external clients successfully. I have been privileged to learn from some great teachers, and hope to apply my knowledge and help the company I work for and others where I can.
I get excited about teams that deliver well, empowered to do their best, and excited about the work they are doing. I love working with and coaching people who truly care about other people, and will work together to become more than just a team.
