Achievement-oriented Digital, Agile, and Project Management Consultant with extensive background in all aspects of project management and Agile & Scrum methodologies. Master Degrees in Project Management and IT Management, Project Management Practitioner (PMP). Agile credentials include and Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SPC); Certified Agile Transformation Coach (CATC); Agile Practitioner (PMI-ACP); and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
As an Agile Consultant, I deliver practical, hands-on, environment-specific coaching and mentoring helping teams become more agile. In addition, I provide experience in coaching Scrum teams to operational excellence and I have experience in the following Agile methodology tools: Jira, Excel, Clarity, Rally, and Version One. I'm passionate about what I do and truly enjoy working directly with organizations to improve their overall efficiency.
I consider myself to be a highly-accomplished and driven leader who focuses on engaging stakeholders during project initiation while readily stepping into leadership positions to gain team confidence. My philosophy includes encouraging organizations to capitalize on their own strengths while implementing strategies for overall process improvement.
