Currently Senior Technology Consultant with a successful record of delivering Cyber Services in the implementation and evolution of Agile and change management to a broad array of industry clients, Prior to these achievements Mr. Anders served in several leadership positions for HP, where his focus on customers, innovation, and execution led to significant company savings and human capital knowledge transfer firsts. Preceding, were 12 years at DecisionOne (Bell Atlantic), where he held a variety of management, operations, and marketing roles, ultimately serving as Senior Account Executive and recognized effort improving operational efficiency and market growth in the Global IT services industry.

Mr. Anders earned a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management in 1992 from Southern Nazarene University, in Bethany, Oklahoma. He continued to pursue his passion for knowledge obtaining an MBA from the same institution in 2005. He served as a past president of the Mid-American Kiwanis and retired Board Director of the Oklahoma Master Conservancy District . Currently an active member of the Oklahoma City Chapter of Project Management Inc.
