Judy Trimble January - December, 2012 – Role: Senior Systems Analyst to Product Owner. Duties: Documentation & review of user stories/acceptance criteria, including test cases. Attended all ceremonies which included working impediments to resolution, Sprint Review presentations & demos to stakeholders. Documented progress reports to leadership along with compliance/internal audit to insure process was meeting all guidelines required by the corporation & association. December, 2013 – Present - Agile coach and Scrum Master on a special project to transition Florida Blue from waterfall to Agile. Training Included: Real World Agile (Agile Transformations) Coach training provided by McKinsey group which included certified Agile coach Terrell Peyton. SAFE training conducted by Agile Transformation. Duties included: - Setting up new agile teams (approximately 58 teams) o Training on both agile & role specific training for leadership triangle o Training on Agile tool (Rally) for tracking deliverables o Coaching team through Planning, Sprint 0 & execution sprints until SM & team are ready to be on their own o Provide ongoing support & training to teams as company continues to mature - Training leadership & reporting out the status of agile transformation - Conduct formal Agile training classes at a corporate level - Develop & document an Agile Playbook for teams to reference, obtain templates, etc - Establish COE for Product Owner, Scrum Master and Technical leads to strive for continuous improvement in the organization o Assist in identifying and communicating process changes o Update Playbook to keep all informed of best practices. - Develop success metrics to present to leadership including: o Financial savings (waterfall to agile) o Speed to market o Resource reduction – more with less - Implement processes and gain agreement from Compliance/Audit department to insure all standards are being met - Selection of an agile tool (Rally) through identification of key requirements & user group interviews with each company selected. Provide training to all agile users on the usage of the tool. - Conduct an agile conference with vendors, internal teams & leadership providing information and training to the company during a two day onsite session. - Develop & implement quarterly surveys to measure both business satisfaction & team health on an ongoing basis to insure the success of agile & to identify improvements needed to improve the process. - Scaling Agile to the next level - program & portfolio levels (SAFE certification completed) o Attended a Big Room planning session at a program level o Set up business value matrix to insure all scores were comparable o Worked with various trams to provide those scores and identify the projects that would provide the highest value during the first quarter of the upcoming year.
