Currently working at PwC as the Program Scrum Master on the $12M budgeted Service Delivery Platform initiative. This team is tasked to develop a system that will revolutionize how services are provided within the organization. It is a multi year, multi scrum team effort. My responsibilities include facilitating all Program level ceremonies such as the Planning, Retrospectives, and Review meetings. Also, to coach and mentor other Scrum Masters and team members on the project and within the organization.
I have worked on Scrum teams since January, 2014. My first experience with Scrum was as a team member on a project executed by the vendor, Agile Thought. From there, I became an Agile Leader and Scrum Master for the PwC Data Analytics and Envoy suite of products.
