I am an executive & agile coach, trainer and facilitator. I have supported Digital/Agile Transformations in a variety of industries such as Airline, Banking, Health, Insurance, IT & Software Development, Manufacturing, Retail and Visual Design; at the team and executive levels in Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Nicaragua, India, Mexico, Peru and the U.S.A.
I also co-founded the Agile community in Costa Rica and I regularly attend Agile related events in Latin and North America as participant, volunteer and speaker.
