Credentials

Biography

I have been a Scrum Master since 2007, gaining Certified Scrum Master (CSM) status in 2008.  Previously I was a Project Manager using traditional waterfall PM methods for several years.

My focus had been on delivering software products in the domains of Taxation & Accountancy and Business Intelligence.  My teams varied in size from 2 to 20 people.

I am a strong advocate of the Agile process approach and Scrum in particular, and implemented Scrum to successfully deliver repeated annual releases of Personal Taxation software.

Building on long technical experience, I have also continued to contribute to the running of technical analysis sessions and requirements elaboration.

My objective is to contribute my Scrum Master skills to the successful delivery of projects in an Agile environment.
