Chris Hadden

Chris Hadden.  A high achieving, flexible and versatile Director of Operations / Director of Consulting / Programme Manager, with extensive depth and breadth of experience across challenging projects, programmes and roles in the public and private sectors. Recognised by an OBE for services to the Navy Board. Talented at strategic management, business development, training and development, HR management, operations management, with expert level of knowledge of programme and project management. Able to operate at the highest levels in intellectually and operationally challenging / complex environments to CEO / Ministerial level, with multiple stakeholders. I have a particular interest in the specialist needs and challenges of smaller projects, and focus principally on supporting clients in this field, through training, development and consultancy.

Away from work, I am an ISAF appointed International Race Official, have run a number of sailing world championships, and was part of the on-the-water team running racing at Weymouth for the 2012 Olympics.
