I am a energetic and ethusastic Agile Coach, I have had the great opportunity to work with, coach and lead some fantastic people and teams, I am always happy to enter any discussion and often will be found discussing for many hours about key agile principle that I live and breath (if you let me).

I started off (very fortunately) working withing a medium sized retailer that was quite mature in it's agile adoption using Scrum/XP (very focused on XP practices) and have always found agile to be a natural fit to agile. After a number of years in consultancy you will now often find me working within the United Kingdom, more recently I have been focused on large scaled agile and attempting to maintain the key principles that make agile organisations work.

I am particularly skilled with ensuring teams maintain potentially shippable software vs focusing on achieving "MVP" as soon as possible (avoiding creating fix scope projects), I also am a firm believer in that the teams create the best architecture and large organisations often need to free people to do the work they want to do.
