Thanks to Mr. Roger for his wonderful and in-depth teaching, from the core concepts of Scrum, PO role responsibilities, how to build product vision, to User Story writing, Backlog management, value sorting, MVP definition, etc., through a large number of case sharing and group interactive exercises, the theory is no longer just a concept, but a method and tool that can be truly implemented.

I attended Roger's CSPO course on April 12–13 and found it incredibly beneficial in terms of understanding the role of a CSPO. During actual project execution, identifying the requirements and uncovering the ultimate goal behind why we’re doing something has always been a gap in my past PMP experience. The CSPO course addressed this aspect clearly. After completing the CSPO course, I now have a much clearer understanding of how to identify, develop, and define product development goals and business value. Roger guided us in detail through how to analyze business value and articulate the product vision and story. Through both his explanations and hands-on workshop exercises, we gained a solid and practical understanding. There were many other valuable insights and details learned in Roger’s CSPO course, including various collaboration processes within a Scrum Team. However, the most precious takeaway was learning how a Product Owner, who is accountable for the project, must define the goal, communicate the vision, and set the value — all of which were emphasized throughout the course.

The best class for PO.Useful.

The two-day course is operated with Slido computers, so discussions can be recorded more immediately. The class is very compact and exciting.

The course content was comprehensive and integrated AI collaboration, offering both practicality and forward-thinking insights. Overall, it delivered exceptional value beyond expectations.
