Transformational Leader, Agile coach, trainer and mentor with the proven ability to lead and execute Agile transformations in large, ambiguous and complex organizations.
I have coached over one hundred teams and taught classes on various Agile/Scrum topics to over 400 people.
My 15+ years of experience in Information Technology, with more than 10 of those being with Agile, Scrum and Kanban, has allowed me to practice, learn and master many different roles. I have held roles including Agile Team Member, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Senior IT Manager (over multiple Scrum Teams), and most recently, Agile Coach. I earned my MBA in 2007, became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) in 2011, and SAFe Scaled Agilist (SA) in 2017.
I have the proven ability to introduce the Scrum framework to a variety of types of teams in order to meet customer needs and deliver business value rapidly. My relationship building skills are shown through my practical experience, as I have built others’ trust in the Scrum framework and Agile mindset in areas where initially, there was little interest in doing, being or thinking Agile. I am able to coach at both the enterprise and team levels, and have worked extensively with leadership on both Business and Technology sides of the house to align their goals, sparking their interest and engagement in the overall agile transformation.
