Advanced Certified ScrumMaster®

Additional Information:

• To take the A-CSM course you must hold a CSM certification now.
• You must have 12 months of ScrumMaster experience over last five years.
• You must have at least 12 months of experience with Scrum before the course starts.

Course Material:
Participants will receive a electronic “workbook" via e-mail.

Our approach to this course is unique, in at least two ways: (a) our approach to helping you achieve the next level (see below), and (b) having the Agile Release Planning Workshop and scaling patterns included on the 2^nd day.

We use many ideas to help you move to the next level. We use interaction, Q&A, exercises, videos, table discussions and other techniques to get you involved and to help increase your skills.
