The Fearless Agility Virtual Certified Scrum Product Owner Course is an introduction to the principles, practices, values, and mechanics of Scrum for those who will have Product Owner responsibilities involving Scrum teams. Through a combination of lecture, group discussion, and hands-on simulation activities, students learn how to become effective managers, Product Owner’s and stakeholders for Scrum teams.

Upon successful completion, attendees will earn the official designation of “Certified Scrum Product Owner” by the Scrum Alliance. At this time, the Scrum Alliance does not require an exam to obtain CSPO certification.

Commitment

In Jimi’s virtual workshops, participants are expected to fully engage using Zoom and MIRO on a desktop or laptop (a mobile phone may also be needed, depending on bandwidth). To create a supportive and effective learning environment, all attendees must arrive on time (no more than 15 minutes late), participate with an open mind, and treat everyone with kindness, support, and respect. Attendance is critical—participants may not miss more than 45 minutes of content. Those who do not meet these expectations on Day 1 will not be permitted to continue on.

I found the training extremely valuable, and I related to many of the points Jimi shared—so much so that I wondered if I might be a bit neurodivergent myself based on how many of his examples resonated. I realized I currently do many of the things he encouraged us to avoid, but that actually gave me a clearer understanding of where I can grow. I’m excited to focus on applying these concepts within my company as we work to bring everyone up to speed and prepare for our Salesforce integration. Jimi’s delivery, insights, and real-world examples were all excellent. The only challenging aspect of the session did not come from Jimi, but from one participant whose argumentative behavior created some tension in the room. I personally don’t respond well to unprofessional confrontation in group settings, and it made parts of the session a bit uncomfortable. However, this is no reflection on the content or the instructor—both were strong and helpful. Overall, I gained a lot from this training and appreciate the opportunity to take part.

This is my second course with Jimi; his teaching methodology is non-conventional, and that, in my opinion, is fantastic, with practical examples to apply in real teams, and if you're open-minded enough to understand it, and as he says, "learn to unlearn to learn a better way." You'll find one of the finest instructors in here.

Overall Impression: The training felt less like an exploration of Agile principles and more like a platform for the presenter’s personal opinions. The approach was framed as “take everything you know and don’t do it anymore,” which created an atmosphere of dismissiveness rather than constructive learning.

Jimi was insightful and engaging. His experience with Agile really shone through as he was able to provide real world examples of Product Owner challenges.
