The CSPO course was well-structured. The instructor provided practical insights and real-world examples that made the concepts easy to understand and apply. The sessions were interactive, engaging, and focused on actionable knowledge rather than theory. Overall, it was a valuable experience that strengthened my understanding of product ownership and agile practices.

I'm generally skeptic about this kind of trainings and find them usually detached from the practice but I found Zuzi's training very well connected with daily job of product owner and she provided answers to all questions.

The workshop had some valuable content — especially the part where we explored different tools. Some of them I already use, while others were explained well and I can see myself applying them in my work.
What I didn’t appreciate was the attitude toward participants. When someone asked a question, the responses often came across as dismissive or even a bit aggressive — as if the questions were silly or uninformed. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere and made it harder to engage openly.
Review
I was somewhat disappointed with the course; there was no willingness to answer questions, and as a result, the business value was very low.
