Tiffany Cantrell found her love for Scrum by observing and asking questions as an administrative assistant in the IT department. After a one on one meeting with a Scrum Master in her company, she was hooked and immediately started shadowing, asking questions and stepping in where ever there was room to learn and develop her skills until she was able to formally take the CSM exam and take on a hired role as Scrum Master. She has worked with multiple of application development teams both front end, data warehouse and is currently working with a project team of infrastructure and architecture teams. She loves to teach and has helped to lead and development multiple sessions on Agile to audiences such as Junior High Students, Business Partners as well as continued learning courses such as continuous improvement to active scrum development teams. She is a co-founder member and organizer of the Sacramento Scrum Alliance User Group, Agile Professionals of Sacramento.
