I am passionate agile problem-solver, having more than 17 years working experience in the software industry as Enterprise Agile Coach, Agile Coach, Proxy product Owner, Scrum Master & Automation Consultant.

I became aware about Agile Software Development approach in 2009 while working with BI customer and began learning Scrum as a test engineer & learnt Agile Manifesto and its principles.

I wanted to learn scrum beyond ceremonies & practices so attended agile webinars, workshops, read many books (Scrum and XP from the Trenches" by Henrik Kniberg).

My life-coaching skills are nurtured while working as QA lead where I help team members explore possibilities in a conducive environment.

In 2009 I lead Table Tennis team as coach for inter organization level events & eventually won the tournament.

There I realized my passion towards coaching & satisfaction I achieved through injecting the conviction to overcome the self-imposed pushbacks.

Thus my passion towards Agile has made me mentor and coach. After dozen of transformations & target coaching assignments I understand that  by partnering with customer, realizing their needs & by bringing value earlier we can build trust.

Have learnt and customized many facilitation techniques including ORSC model that help organizations see the potential productivity gains of agile adoption.

I serve agile community by spreading awareness, busting agile myths while also continuing my learning on how to present the value propositions of agile and agile transformation work.

I believe Agile is not just about implementing effective, efficient and lean processes, but it is about transforming people’s mindsets so am passionate about building high performing teams by transforming the mindset from fixed to growth.

I loves to participate and contribute to the agile communities through blogs, articles and conference speaking engagements.
