About
Sheena Gladden started her agile journey over 20 years ago. She is an experienced Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile Transformation coach and Trainer. Throughout her career, she has served as a mentor, coach, facilitator, trainer, and change agent during agile transformations. She has worked in many industries such as financial, manufacturing, healthcare, test assessments, and Business to Business. Sheena is an active member in the Agile community. She co-leads Women in Agile- Philly and Online Virtual Agile User Group. She has a special interest in applying Scrum outside of IT. She has worked with teams in manufacturing in applying Scrum in their new product development, continuous improvement and large initiatives. She is an enthusiastic learner who is always looking to explore applying Scrum outside of IT.
