Rupesh Tarwade works as Principal Engineer out of Pune, India. He is a Certified Scrum Master since 2012.
His day-to-day work involves working with various technologies and executing projects using Agile-Scrum techniques. He has been involved in mapping CMMI-3 processes to Agile-Scrum framework and training developers on Agile framework. He has been using various Agile engineering practices like TDD sucessfully.
Rupesh also has worked with organizations to setup an organization tailored Scrum Process and has kick-started Scrum Process Adoption mindset in multiple organizations. He is proficient DevOps developer and understands automation requirements that go with Agile methodologies.
Rupesh has conducted Agile-Scrum trainings for corporate clients which included end-to-end DevOps, Automation Framework and Agile-Scrum introduction. Rupesh is currently working on creating a highly scalable and configurable product that bundles Dev-Ops and Agile-Scrum management tools as per organization needs.
