About
Several years ago I discovered Agile and Scrum, it was a total change in my professional and personal life.
In the last 10 years, I have partnered multiple software, technology, telecommunications, and banking organizations among other industries to evolve their way of working.
I am a co-founder of ITtude and the last 4 years I have trained more than 1500 people in more than 70 trainings in Latin America, it is something that I really enjoy doing.
I am passionate about working with teams and helping them create spaces for reflection, generate insights and partner them to co-create strategies that allow them not only to achieve their goals and those of the organization, but also to create healthier and more sustainable work spaces.
My main focus today is organizational systemic coaching, I am currently certified as Scrum Alliance Guide Level CTC® (Certified Team Coach) and International Coaching Federation PCC® (Professional Certified Coach).
