Nichervan is an experienced Agile practitioner and trainer with over a decade of experience helping organisations with Agile transformations and software delivery. Nichervan has been involved and led in some of Europe’s biggest agile transformations in Finance, Media and Energy sectors.

Nichervan has proven experience and the knowledge in developing organisation´s capacity to use Agile as a strategic business asset, including culture changes and leadership development. He has extensive experience in delivering regulatory and business programme changes in addition to acting as a key agent and a thought leader for change within a number of organisations to champion Agile values.
