I am an agile coach and software craftsman helping organisations reach their goals with agile. I care deeply about creating humane work environments which emphasises creativity and diversity of thought to reach brilliant shared outcomes. Whether talking clean code and emergent design or speaking to senior leaders about their role as culture “torch bearers”, I tailor my approach to suit the desired organisational goal.
As a seasoned expert in agile solution delivery I coach teams towards true agility using concepts like the Scrum Framework, XP, Lean and Systems Thinking.
My approach is one of empathy, when I work with a client I do so with the perspective that their situation is entirely unique. I use coaching to guide my clients towards their own improvement goals as they are the best placed to determine how they wish to achieve them.
I am accredited by ICAgile to teach the agile programming class which is within the agile engineering pathway.
