Leigh is a PhD educated software engineer with experience in the telecommunications, financial, security and Open Source domains. He has held development and researcher positions before going into the world of process improvement where he has worked as a ScrumMaster, Product Owner and finally an Agile Coach. Leigh invested a lot of time in his ICF Coaching accreditation and pursued a Masters in Lean Enterprise Excellence, earning a Black Belt in Lean. This has complimented his Scrum knowledge and now allows teams to chart a path forward that suits their needs. He is currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager in Red Hat and helping with Agile transformations and cultural maturity around Agile. He has his own small coaching and training business called Agile Advisors where he offers accredited courses and 1:1 coaching to help people in their own Agile Journey
