Julian is a Certified Scrum Professional and Accredited Kanban Trainer with experience in the Banking and Digital sectors working for clients such as Brewin Dolphin, Investec Wealth & Investment and Investec Private Bank. Julian is also an Authorised Instructor for ICAgile frequently delivering the Agile Fundamentals (ICP), Agile Product Ownership (ICP-APO), Agile Testing (ICP-TST) and Business Agility Foundations (ICP-BAF) courses.
Julian enjoys working with organisations to improve the way they do things on projects. He believes in open working environments where communication is fluid, led by a strong passion for people who are adaptive to change. Julian strives on Agile processes that are quick, clear, and easy to understand; believing in the motto "there are no problems, only solutions".
Julian's workshop style of training implements agile frameworks (complete with practices) into organisations using SCRUM events such as Sprints, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospectives. He uses Release Planning techniques to guide quick turnaround times from development to deployment.
Using processes based on experience and certifications, Julian's training services are available to organisations (both onsite and offsite) that want to transform their projects into an Agile environment.
