Halim Dunsky

A veteran Agile coach and consultant, prior to Agile Panache Halim served most recently as Steward of the Agile Coaching Institute, which offers transformative education in professional coaching and facilitation to coaches and stakeholders of Agile teams. Halim served as a faculty member in the program and guided the business of the Institute. Halim has a private practice as a professional coach.

​During his 11-year tenure at Agile consultancy SolutionsIQ, Halim’s roles included Steward for Consulting Excellence, Director of Delivery Excellence, Coaching Office Product Owner, Managing Consultant, Agile Coach, and ScrumMaster. He helped shape large Agile adoption and organizational change programs, trained coaches and coached teams, and used Scrum and Kanban for process improvement with clients and as a member of the SolutionsIQ leadership team.

​Halim has held a wide variety of leadership and technical positions in commercial software, consulting, corporate IT, education, and community organizations. He was Director of Operations and a founding Core Faculty member at Bainbridge Graduate Institute, where he taught systems thinking to MBA students. Halim holds an M.A. in Organizational Systems from Saybrook University and is an internationally certified professional coach (CPCC, ACC).
