I have assembled global teams to meet the market need with all aspects of the client need ranging from localization and customization to up selling out of the box, white label solutions. - Gil’s passion is to assemble global teams that successfully deliver products that solve real world problems for real people who need real solutions. - Gil had spent the last 10 years of his career as a technical product manager and a director of technical product managers in various markets on a global scale. - At Mozido, Gil had spent the last 5 years as a director building global scrum teams as the growth demand arrived the company had the need for many product and delivery teams in the different regions of the world. - At Mozido, Gil was not only in charge of managing and coaching global product & agile teams yet also was responsible for analyzing the market, developed the various products road map and strategy, backlog, project scheduling tasks, product risk management and competition assessment. - At Mozido, Gil was also responsible for the global delivery team which included the responsibilities of managing customer engagement and retention, communion plans for new product upscale, deployments and scheduled outages using internal marketing communication automation software. - At Mozido, Gil had also used various products to manage sales leads, customer needs, client’s follow-ups, communication history. It was a way for him to have transparency across his sales team and direct reporters with leads follow ups and deal closing tasks completions.
