Carla works as a Customer Advocate supporting the UC Innovation client community.
Carla has over 35 years of higher education industry experience, including 22 years as part of product development for the Banner solutions and supporting the Ellucian Advancement solutions. Prior to joining the UC Innovation team, she worked for Ellucian (22 years) and Indiana State University as Assistant to the Dean in the School of Graduate Studies (13 years). Carla holds a BA in Sociology and an MS in Counseling both from Indiana State University. She currently resides in Mason, Ohio with her husband.
