As a Software Quality Assurance Manager and previously a Project Manager, I have led many testers through many projects for over 20 years, for both private and commercial customers. This includes working with virtual teams that are located all over the world which presents a challenge to the scrum approach. However, with the right tools, processes, and attitude, distributed scrum can result in high powered teams producing high quality products.
