2018 - Present: At Wolters Kluwer I use the Scrum apporach for developing training & performance support content. Main deliverables include micro-eLearning taining, on-demand video tutorials embedded in the on-line help within our industry-leading research software platform.of the Scrum artifacts such as a project dashboard, & iimmersive role-based scenario-based eLearning training. The lite-weight collaborative approach and interative nature of Scrum engages the teams & allows us to focus on what's important inbcluding training & performance support that delivers results.

2010 - 2017: While at AmerisourceBergen I used elements of the SCRUM approach within the sales training department for developing eLearning and instructor-led (e.g., virtual, face-to-face) training courses. While facilitating several small teams to medium-sized teams, I helped develop and launch over 40 training courses using several of the SCRUM artifacts (e.g., dashboard, daily SCRUMs, retrospectives).

2008-2010: While at MedRisk, the IT department fully embraced the SCRUM approach (e.g., SCRUM values, events, artifacts) and promoted me to the organization's Scrum Master.  While in the Scum Master role for about 2 years, we successfully completed over 50 sprints with 4 teams while developing and launching several of the organization's internal core customer support software systems.
