Andy is a passionate and dedicated Agile leader, possessing the ability to teach, motivate, and empower others.
He forges authentic relationships through open and honest communication and finds success with his dedication to incremental improvement.
Andy’s Agile foundation started in early 2012 with training and professional coaching from Jeff Sutherland, the co-father of Scrum. Andy has since demonstrated proven success with Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Agile Coaching roles. Andy has led Product Owner practices, coached several Agile transformations, and helped many Agile teams become highly productive throughout his career.
Outside of work hours, Andy loves spending time with his wife and three children. He enjoys sports, archery, and time away in the great outdoors.
