Gary Dowley - Quality & Continual Improvement Manager at Alstom Grid - I am a Six Sigma Black Belt with over 25 years in quality assurance and management. I am currently responsible for working with business stakeholders and the Quality & Continual Improvement team to improve and maintain business processes including software development and related activities. I am currently working with our product development group to improve how we work within the Agile framework. This has led me to take the Certified Scrum Product Owner training and Scrum team training. Other exploits include implementing and improving business processes to meet the requirements of ISO 9001 - Quality System Requirements and to comply with the SEI CMMI-Dev model for maturity level 3. I also facilitate and coach process improvement projects throughout our organization.
