Donna Hicks is an experienced Capability Development and Marketing professional, with a strong record of delivering marketing, knowledge management and training services in a demanding business consulting environment. She has over fifteen years of experience in organising and directing quality work efforts to maximise team and organisational performance and is a collaborative and dynamic team manager, with a confident and outgoing personality and strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Donna spent 2.5 years with RADTAC (until June 2012) prior to setting up a new Agile Training and Consultancy business, agil8, with her partner, David Hicks.  Prior to that, she worked for 17 years with Management Consultancy Accenture.  At Accenture, Donna was responsible for developing and implementing the global capability development strategy for the firm's Consumer Goods and Services industry group.  Working with RADTAC as the Marketing Manager also afforded the opportunity to learn about Agile business consulting and, in particular, Scrum.  A Scrum approach is now being used for all of her projects in order to implement a strong marketing capability for agil8.

Donna's personal interests include social media and marketing, Tae Kwon-Do, and living "The Good Life".  She has two daughters, lives in beautiful countryside in the SW of England, and would like to climb Mount Kilimanjaro one day (among a lot of other things!).
