Biography

Chris Lafosse. 

A ScrumMaster and Software Project Manager of long standing; delivering products in domains of Taxation / Accountancy and Business Intelligence; team sizes from 1 to 20.
Strong use of Agile process - Scrum - for over five years.
Previously used Rational Unified Process (RUP) and other traditional planning and management approaches.

Building on long technical experience, I have also continued to contribute to the running of technical analysis sessions and requirements elaboration.
