In terms of private life: I am married, father of 3 kids (boys), and I am living in Belgium, nearby Brussels. I enjoy spending time with my family, discovering new places, walking, hiking, swimming, biking, and traveling.

Professionally, I described myself as a multi-disciplinary, cross-functional consultant. I don't like specific " job titles," during my work and private life, I work with different people in various situations, trying to inspect and adapt and make the best out of it for everyone involved.

I work with individuals, teams, and organizations to coach them to transform to more business agility. My coaching enables organizations to deliver real value to customers while creating workplaces where employees feel happy, motivated, and engaged! 

I am an educator, facilitator, and coach in different approaches and techniques.

I love teaching Scrum and Agile. I deliver interactive and engaging training and workshops.

I obtained university and post-university degrees in computer sciences, international business, and project management in terms of education.

I am a coach; I work as a facilitator (Open Space Technology, Liberating Structures).
