Lance is an excellent instructor. He's knowledgeable, patient and thorough. Lance gives real-world examples and teaching lessons that can be deployed in our organizations. I would like to see more Business Systems Analyst awareness discussed and represented a little more. This is due to the BA/BSA being able to close the gap for the Product Owner in a lot of organizations. I think incorporating this into the training could prove to be very valuable for students.

This is the second course I have taken with Lance. I really enjoyed the content and the interactive approach is really good. Breakout sessions with other class members gets you more involved and part of the course. Handouts and session materials are excellent. Looking forward to my next course!

Excellent course with high-quality materials. Lance was an outstanding facilitator. The breakout sessions were valuable, though it might be helpful to reduce their frequency slightly in favor of having Lance guide the class through more real-world examples.
