This Scrum Master (CSM®) certification program was developed for any professional who is currently involved in or will become involved in the running of Scrum projects.

Please note: This course has an Attendance and Virtual Camera Requirement

Attendance is required throughout the duration of this course. Instructors will verify each student's attendance and participation to ensure course completion.
Webcam usage is required by all students

Commitment

Attendees must pass a 50 question assessment with a minimum of 74% upon course completion before a certification is issued.
There will be a 60-minute time limit for the exam.
Certifying Test is issued directly from Scrum Alliance via email and taken online.
1 retake is included if the student does not pass the first time. There is no cool off period so the retake can be completed immediately. If the student does not pass after the first retake there is a $25 fee for each additional retake.

Terrific presenter! The course subject matter was generally familiar from previous courses and on-the-job experience but what brought it to life was the trainer, Alex. He was very engaging, explained the content clearly, spent time on the finer points when needed but kept the course flowing along at a good rate allowing attendees to stay focused. Alex was very good at allowing people to have their say or ask questions and equally good at answering those questions with real-world examples and steering the discussion back to the course before anyone got lost down a rabbit hole. Hourly breaks helped it from becoming stale. The group-participatory exercises were really good fun and were very effective in helping cement the SCRUM concepts, roles, responsibilities, events and outcomes. Many thanks to Alex for a very enjoyable two days learning.

The course was really engaging, with lots of participation. Alex is really knowledgable and helped to apply the learning to the real work environments we operate within - even though these were varied with really different purposes.

Alex and Stuart are excellent trainers. The session was a perfect blend of learning and interactive sessions to embed the Agile and SCRUM framework and how a CSM fits into this and can operate as effectively as possible. I was given excellent support and this set me up perfectly to pass my CSM exam.

Thought it was excellent. I have a fair bit of experience as scrum master. I found the mix of focus on exam content but the ability to break out to discuss matters very useful. An excellent balance.
