The Fearless Agility Virtual Certified Scrum Product Owner Course is an introduction to the principles, practices, values, and mechanics of Scrum for those who will have Product Owner responsibilities involving Scrum teams. Through a combination of lecture, group discussion, and hands-on simulation activities, students learn how to become effective managers, Product Owner’s and stakeholders for Scrum teams.

Upon successful completion, attendees will earn the official designation of “Certified Scrum Product Owner” by the Scrum Alliance. At this time, the Scrum Alliance does not require an exam to obtain CSPO certification.

Commitment

In Jimi’s virtual workshops, participants are expected to fully engage using Zoom and MIRO on a desktop or laptop (a mobile phone may also be needed, depending on bandwidth). To create a supportive and effective learning environment, all attendees must arrive on time (no more than 15 minutes late), participate with an open mind, and treat everyone with kindness, support, and respect. Attendance is critical—participants may not miss more than 45 minutes of content. Those who do not meet these expectations on Day 1 will not be permitted to continue on.

Very engaging review of CSPO and the Product Owner role/responsibilities as part of a Scrum team. Used gamification for accessing and using the material quickly. Great trivia game to test knowledge. Team assignment to incorporate and apply new knowledge was fun, hands on and allowed for confidence as a PO. Neurodivergent friendly - huge plus!

Jimi made the content entertaining and personal through his lived experiences.

May be more information in situations where the releases time is long like about 1 year rather than 6-8 weeks.

Very engaging and resourceful.

Jimi was an amazing instructor. I took a long time to pick who I will be doing my training with, and he was a fantastic choice. The training was very hands-on, in a small group (divided into even smaller ones for some exercises), there was a lot of time for questions, we talked about real-life scenarios - all the good stuff you need! Jimi is fun and unorthodox, which is definitely not everyones flavor, but I believe that is what makes his trainings special. You will leave with valuable knowledge and some new perspective on things.

Great experience! The sessions were both fun and incredibly valuable. Jimi explained everything clearly, kept the learning engaging, and provided practical examples that really helped me understand the material. Highly recommended!
