I was impressed with how much I actually learned in the course. The instructor took the time to stop and explain concepts that I struggled with, and he was sure to repeat and drive home the concepts that would be on the test. I felt like I came to the training with a decent understanding of Scrum, but I definitely learned a lot in this course.

I was able to learn the concept of Scrum from the basics, and it was easy to understand through specific examples, making it a very meaningful experience. Thanks to that, I was able to pass the Certified Scrum Master exam! I am very grateful! Also, although I am Japanese, I was able to understand the content very well because the interpreter provided very natural interpretation.

The CSM course taught by Mitch Lacey is great! Mitch is very engaging, and shares a wealth of real-life information along with the fundamentals you need to be successful for the credential, and as a Scrum Master. I considered taking a self-paced course when I decided to pursue a CSM, but Mitch's course was focused (just two days) and his reviews were solid. I also gained a lot from being in a course with other people vs.studying by myself. I learned a lot, even having working as a Scrum Master in the past. I would and will recommend his course to others.
Truly helpful and great delivery. The way of teaching was easy to absorb and the activities encouraged a lot of collaboration. Relaxed yet focused pacing.
