Mkitch made the class fun and entertaining. He made it feel much less like a class and more like a collaborative effort. Bravo to the mohawk haircut!
As owner of the business and new to tech, I found this course and instructor absolutely focused, fun and valuable. It's exciting to be part of this group and to be able to continue my learning. The concepts I've learned are invaluable and have bled over into my private life, something I had not understood before working on this Team. We managed to develop a World's First (a location-based, headset mounted display, mixed reality with animatronics attraction) even with newbies like myself involved, which is a testament not only to agile development, but also to my Team members who had the patience to explain, teach and reinforce the principles that were underscored by this coursework.
Wonderfully relatable and the use of real-life examples helped immensely. Tolerated and even encouraged asking questions that moved to how Scrum relates to other parts of the organization and how it can impact even those. Was genuinely a pleasure to go through training.
Mitch was a great instructor, very informative and helpful learning scrum. Utilized real world examples and worksheets to make the information stick.

I had a great experience attending the CSM course led by Mitch Lacey. His teaching style is highly engaging, practical, and easy to follow. He created an open and supportive environment where participants felt comfortable sharing ideas and actively contributing to discussions. What I especially appreciated was the balance between theory and real-world application. The exercises, discussions, and examples helped me not only understand Scrum concepts, but also think about how to apply them in real work situations. Mitch’s facilitation skills and ability to guide conversations were particularly impressive. He encouraged participation while keeping the sessions focused and productive. Overall, this was a very valuable and enjoyable learning experience. I would definitely recommend this course to others interested in Scrum.
Wonderful teacher and hands-on experience for learning the ropes surrounding becoming a scrum master. The supplemental material that is available is very helpful should you find the course daunting as it packs a lot of useful information within an optimal duration of time managed.
Mitch made the class fun and I learned a lot. He challenged me to get out of my own head and think about things from another perspective to ensure I fully grasped concepts.
