Biography

My name is Shashi Joshi. I am Agile Coach at Agilex technologies as an Agile Coach

I have years of management experience before i decided to use agile. i started using agile 6 years ago with no knowledge of it. At that time i worked at a company who decided to go agile and i volunteered to venture and here i am. Since then i have helped 4 large organization adapt agile. I have coached executives, business partners, teams and management at the project and program level. I have trained almost 250plus people working in those organization. I host community of practice. Currently i am helping an executive of IT organization to go agile but it is just not implementing the framework but all the pieces that impact framework and the items that impact framework. I am mother of two kids so i try to stay engaged within agile community. I try to convery this agile energy to teams where they can stay on the agile boat. I love doing this. It is like eating agile, sleeping agile and drinking agile.

I enjoyed spreading agile potion and would continue to do that with my wisdom where i see organizations adapting agile and indivduals feeling self rewarding their work.
