Chaundrea Fizer has been in the IT field for 14 years, 11 of those years have been in healthcare IT. She graduated with a BS in Computer Science from Tennessee State University and with her MBA from Middle Tennessee State University. She has held various roles such as support analyst, technical analyst, business analyst, tester, product owner, and development manager. Chaundrea has experience in both helping to migrate from a waterfall or hybrid approach to the agile/scrum methodology. Additionally she has been exposed to working environments where scrum/agile was fully implemented and required little to no deviation.
