Mark Alcantara
With over 14 years in information technology, starting in quality assurance, evolving to lead positions and various project management roles. My initial experience was in waterfall methodologies, I then became more involved with agile development which lead to my certification for a wider base of knowlege. The idea of servant leadership really struck a chord within me and certainly had me thinking how this leads to higher functioning teamwork.
Currently, I am a scrum master coaching agile teams where I continue to learning and grow. Organization, facilitation and initiative are a few ways in which I provide value in serving the teams towards their goals.
