Toto Edrinal Sebayang

Toto Edrinal Sebayang currently serves as Project Manager at the Monetary Authority of Indonesia (Bank Indonesia) in the Digital Innovation and Development Department. The author is experienced in various positions at several banks, namely Bank Lippo Tbk (Application Developer, System Analyst), Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (Division Head), Bank NationalNobu Tbk (Division Head), and Senior Project Manager at Yokke, a fintech subsidiary owned by Bank Mandiri Tbk. The author was awarded the prestigious CIMB Emerald Award 2017 as Indonesia’s best middle manager in ASEAN by CIMB Bank in Malaysia. Other achievements include nomination for Best Teaching and Best Lecturer Award by BINUS University in 2018, 2019, and 2020. As a student, he was honored three times as "Dean’s List Student" and graduated as one of Prasetiya Mulya University's "5 Most Outstanding Students". Toto Edrinal Sebayang holds an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA in Finance), and a Master's degree in Business Law (Trade, Investment, Competition, and Policy Law) and has completed the Emerging Banking Leaders Programme at Cambridge Judge Business School (CJBS) in the UK. During his Doctoral study at IPB Business School, he published three scopus Q2 papers, namely two papers in the Journal of Financial and Risk Management (MDPI) and one paper at Procedia Computer Science (Elsevier), and was awarded Best of Digital Innovation Track Presenter and Best of The Best Presenter at The 3rd National Conference on Banking and Finance (3rd NCBF) hosted by Indonesia Banking School (IBS) in 2023. Finally, the author is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), and an active member of the Project Management Institute (PMI).
