Shaik Sandani Basha

I am Shaik Sandani Basha, project manager with more than 11 years of professional experience in project management and software development in the areas of healthcare, mobile banking and online travel sectors. In Dec 2017 I became a CSPO in addition to a CSM (2017) and ISTQB (2007). I have been practicing the agile principles since year of 2010 where I got introduced to scrum frame work but having an agile mind-set and thoughts I was reluctant to accept and forcing the need of change in non-agile projects which were not adoptable to the changes and no feedback mechanism.

Being an agile practitioner and always eager to learn, I have participated in scrum event happened in Hyderabad, I am passionate to share the knowledge which drives me in coaching the teams with the latest updates.
