Excellent course that goes into depth on the skills needed for Scrum Masters.

The CSP-SM course from Evelyn has been an eye opener in my role as a people manager/mentor. Evelyn's content and practical examples make it very easy to understand the core concepts in the course. Evelyn goes beyond the course content with her Coaching circles and homework to help us learn the concepts. This course is more than just the certification, its about the knowledge that we gain as coaches. This is the second course I have done with Evelyn and I plan to continue further learning from her.

I really enjoyed this course. It allowed me to build on what I’d learned previously and gain a clearer perspective. I developed a deeper understanding of how to observe both individual behavior and team dynamics, and how to recognize the type of support needed at different stages. The tools and examples shared were practical and helped me connect theory with real-world application. I was also reminded of the importance of keeping conversations concise and neutral as a facilitator. Most importantly, I came away with the insight that meaningful improvements come from steady practice and a commitment to deepening what I’ve only vaguely understood before.

I recently completed the self-paced Certified Scrum Professional - Scrum Master (CSP-SM) course taught by Evelyn Tian and am extremely pleased with the experience. The course material was comprehensive and well structured, allowing me to progress at my own pace while still feeling supported throughout the journey.

In learning knowledge, many coaching models can be put into practice in enterprises, and through learning, the cognitive mind can be improved and the vision can be improved for enterprise practice.

Evelyn is still my absolute favorite instructor. It’s humbling to be taught by one so affluent and well-informed in the Agile industry, but still so humble. Evelyn took time to certify me even though she has been traveling for the last 3 weeks to attend 2 conferences, I can’t speak highly enough of her dedication to her students. Her content is relevant and up-to-date, the self-paced course is easy to follow, and the homework projects challenge not only what you know, but how you think about what you know. Highly recommend!!

The course was very interesting and insightful. I liked the self learning method as it gives me most flexibility to learn at my pace. I enjoyed the coaching circle session and like the interactions with like minded people around the world.
