Greatly enjoyed this class and Richard's extensive knowledge and experience. I hope to take more classes from him in the future.

This was my second class with Richard, and this one was every bit as good as the first one I took. Richard brings a lot of value add to the classes by talking about real world experiences, what has worked for him, and what has not. I highly recommend any Hyperdrive class taught by Richard.

I recently completed my CSPO training with Rich, and I can honestly say it was an exceptional experience. Rich is a phenomenal instructor, deeply knowledgeable, engaging, and incredibly mindful of everyone’s learning style. He took what could have been a long, technical process and transformed it into an immersive, connected, and enjoyable learning journey. I left the class not just certified, but inspired and more confident in my ability to apply Scrum principles in practice. Great course

Richard is a wonderful instructor, he is knowledgeable and very relatable. This is the second course I've taken with him and he is fantastic which makes the material more consumable and interesting.

Richard’s CSPO course was a game changer for me. I entered with a basic understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies and knew I needed to improve my grasp of product ownership. This course did exactly that. Richard was an outstanding instructor who explained everything clearly and made the material easy to follow. The breakout sessions were especially helpful, giving us a chance to exchange ideas and deepen our understanding of Agile principles. I left the course with three times the confidence I had before. I am truly pleased with the experience. I took the course at the suggestion of a coworker, and having someone you know join you can be incredibly helpful. We were able to bounce questions and answers off each other outside of class, while uplifting and encouraging one another throughout the experience.
