Great instructor who utilized training time to discuss topics within Product Owner role and gain insight from fellow colleagues.

It was one of the most insightful and empowering learning experiences I’ve had in my professional journey.

It was clear from the beginning Brad has a wealth of knowledge and experience as a Product leader and Agile practitioner. He brought empathy and his experience to make the lessons tangible and catered to a group with varied levels of experience without alienating or watering down topics.

This was a great two days of training. I appreciate that we spent the entire time in interactive discussion rather than two days of "active listening". As an experienced product owner, Day 1 helped refresh me on some techniques I seldom use, but Day 2 got into more advanced topics and the participants had really meaty discussions around the topics. I really appreciate the focused opportunity to talk to peers outside of my own work bubble to compare notes and see how other organizations structure and manage their Agile practices.

Brad is an excellent instructor—highly knowledgeable, interactive, and skilled at bringing complex Agile concepts to life with real-world examples. The hands-on exercises and discussions were incredibly effective in deepening my understanding, and I feel much more confident in applying these skills in my Product Owner role.
